Steve, do you still have the site up that you created?
I ended up with nada I wasn't really in it for the Marilyn I had to go out so I couldn't watch and make a call as to whether I would carry on with the bidding. In my head I had $1200 as my max if I had been there, as it turned out I would have been way off the pace anyway. But I also missed on Lost Moment which I left a $30 max on and which Matt won, then again I came third and third doesn't even get you a "well played sir" nowadays. Have to add that I had a great conversation with Matt via email yesterday, there was a bit of maneuvering as we discussed some of the items coming up etc...then I realised Matt was probably going after MM as well and when we both confirmed to each we wished each other all the best, which was nice even if it didn't improve the result for either of us.
Thanks Ves.Yeah, it was a good chat, David. The only question now is. Who is berta8? El Bastardo!Show us your wares, so we can grovel beneath you.

Maybe we should start a secret organisation for aussies who love daybills so we can share the love equally amongst ourselves and stop them from going overseas. We could consider an honorary place at the table for that annoying Canadian with some crappy noir daybills. We could each charge him one daybill entry into the group.
The Mummy perhaps.
Amazing price for Marilyn.Wonder what a Seven Year Itch might fetch?
Wonder what a Seven Year Itch might fetch?
And guess who was second in the race?
Yeah bet you thought it was yours too when your bid went through!
I think clearly you guys (and gal) should be sending me a noir daybill for the privilege of having me in the group
Did you hear that guys. I think his price just went up by an extra daybill each.
Ok, ok I give - Hannah & Her Sisters daybills for everyone! Yay!
Maybe not so secret then...I had a quick look and thought it was strange that daybill.com.au was not a registered domain name.It is now.
Hope you also get the plural version as I hope there ends up more than one daybill on the site. Some nutter has:mexicanlobbycards.com
Nahhh not that important, besides far too many variables to have to cover all the bases...Yeah I see some nutter did register that domain, and for 3 years too...you're in Chatswood? For some reason I thought you were in Queensland...
