Nice Gloria poster. So, Gloria checks you out as you get in the shower

Wait... You put a linenbacked poster next to a shower?  I would not do this Mel or it will start to warp over time...

Mel always has posters in the bathroom and next to the stove. Better than on the ceiling above the shower and stove. The last bathroom poster was a shocker, this is great in comparison

Mel me thinks the last place you have left for a framed poster is in bed beside you.  You can even go petite, moyenne or grande - whatever you feel like any particular evening.  Hell maybe even get right crazy and bring in Rita for an extended weekend visit.  You might as well just get it over with...

My boss is a tough-talking woman from New Jersey/New York.  In one of her better moods she walked into my office the other day and said:

"You have the best posters, I swear to God."

So I guess I can put that on the ol' annual review.

But generally, I face endless harassment on this forum AND at work:

Love this one. Did it cost an arm and a leg?

Steve Olson, a collector who sells on Ebay through aaavintagmovieposters, his agent. Apparently, he had 22,000 posters but has sold two-thirds of them.

Yeah that seller has had some nice pieces in amazing condition...whoever built that collection (is Steve the agent/seller aaavintagemovieposters or the original collector?) collected mostly only items in top shape...

They look great and good on you again for getting them up on the wall to enjoy.

Obviously the plastic strips are strong enough to support the weight (linen), but I wouldn't have thought so.

Yes I think a frame would make them look even better.

Next stop, linen backed 6 sheets...

Yes and yes.

Posters on the wall are a good thing and those are two freaking cool posters.

Genuine question Mel; what is the biggest poster you have actually had framed?

Reason I ask is because whilst looking through the James Bond thread I noticed the 40x60 TSWLM frame. Have you ever thought of getting a six sheet framed or something of a similar size and making it a centre-piece? Or even putting a 40x60 as a centre-piece?
Best wishes,
Adam

I cannot speak for Mel's largest .. but I have some bus shelters that are 48 5/8" x 70 5/8" framed along with a horizontal bus shelter 37.5" x 77.5". :)

Now If I could just get Charlie to Linen my 4 and 6 sheets I may think about framing them as well! :)

Have you got images of them uploaded, particularly the horizontal bus shelter?
Would be cool to see them.
