Congrats, Paul! I recall when you posted this before, and the hope was that it would end up in the manor.

Good on you!!

Thanks Guys,

And this also turned up, quite apt as my Great Great Granddad  was James L Norton, founder of Norton motorbikes..

Sorry T, borrowed your image. It was the only one I could find online. The one I have is full folded. I will do my best to take a good picture of it and repost it later.

There's a better image in the grail thread... I believe...

In other words, don't bogart the Bogarts. Right? (Does anyone remember that expression besides me?)

Hehe... I never heard this before. Thank you  for the education :)

Years ago, I had the opportunity to take a buddy's Norton Commando on a hell ride on the Jones Beach highway.
That was the fastest animal I ever rode, and that is one, super-cool poster, Paul.
 cheers

Btw, congrats on the Dalek 3-sheet. Its a beaut.

Look at you go, Rosa!  Branching out. How fun to get an authentic script (instead of  just an over-copied photocopy). Brilliant idea for your collection.

And I have yet to see this movie. I know it's a heavy.. and is supposed to be excellent.

Great stuff all round.

As way of coincidence I got this on the day Wes Craven sadly passed away. I much prefer the original but will never be able to afford one so this will have to do. It's not what I normally collect, but having a soft spot for these films I have a few quads and video posters already so happy to add this one!

Thanks Jeff.

In my opinion it is a fantastic movie.  Wilder at his best and Milland is great.  But as you mentioned, there is nothing light about the subject matter.

It was added to the National Film Registry in 2011 and way back in 1945 when it was released won Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor & Best Screenplay

It's one that's been on my "to watch" list for a while. So i need to get on it.

And one cant go wrong with a movie directed by Billy Wilder, that's for sure.

Thanks again, Chris.

Thank you and yes love that "branching out" concept. I think most of us tend to collect other things too.  ;)

Thanks Rosa and Jeff. I liked it's simplicity and I guess it's hard to compete with the original.
