Thanks man! BTW again, I like the Daybill!!!!
I actually found a few pretty cool Nightmare on Elm Street Double Crowns...but no more Halloweens yet....

The Double Crown is half of a Quad....so 20x30. I actually think this is another Marler Haley printed poster. Getting absolutely no where on this theory though. I think her face is my favorite part of the poster. During the time in the film when she was possessed!

And a great Zuul she was!   devil 2

Excellent find Chris, I only have one myself from that film...

Do be carful though, people often pass off cut down Quads as DC's.

US HS for Death On the Nile (1978)

Art by Richard Amsel

I've always like ancient Egyptian art and designs, (I was fascinated with King Tut's tomb as a kid), so this poster art always grabbed my eye. Plus the movie has such a good, ensemble cast.

Nice pickup, Jeff. I always wished they would have done more Hercules Perot (as played by Peter Ustinov) movies.  I liked DEATH ON THE NILE the best of the three, even though MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS was a bigger hit. EVIL UNDER THE SUN seemed like a much lesser venture...budget-wise as well as everything else. It was just okay.  But the poster you got is nice. CHEERS!

Thanks, Shawn.

And yeah..it would have been great for them to do a couple more with Ustinov as Perot. He was so good in that part. The key is a great cast, each character clearly defined and unique (as well as script and budget, too).

Interesting! It makes sense, while I trust the source for this DC...do you have any advice on this idea? Just simply be cautious, or?
Thanks BTW!!

GOOD LORD Shawn you are a busy bee, always hunting, that Munsters Go Home looks like a comic book. But...the question is: Yvonne de Carlo? as the real Yvonne de Carlo? She was quite a well known actress in the 50s.. i just cant figure her out in this role  :) :)

Oh my stars, Rosa!  Have you NEVER SEEN "THE MUNSTERS" TV show? What a wonderful old show and, YES, THE Yvonne DeCarlo is in it as Lily Munster...daughter of Count Dracula (better known as "Grandpa"), married to Frankenstein's monster and has a werewolf son. She also has a god-awful ugly niece (who resembles Marilyn Monroe...at least, i believe that is what the producers were going for) that is sort of the black sheep of the family. And they have a pet dragon named Spot that lives under the stairs. Heck, the theme song alone is worth the trouble to watch the show. Crazy cool, man!

I also had this arrive today.

It's the US HS for the 1978 animated version of Lord of the Rings, directed by Ralph Bakshi. I think the art is incredible and was done by the very talented Tom Jung.

As a little side note to my earlier post. I noticed the two NSS numbers for these movies. Death on the Nile is NSS 780107 and LOR is NSS 780108. So they were released one after the other, that year. Just a random, "what are the odds" comment of going for 2 posters that were in the "release line" this way.  8)

Ha! How funny about the NSS numbers---good eye!  LORD OF THE RINGS is a great poster---epic. My brother briefly got into the poster hobby when we were kids and he had the one sheet for this--not sure which style though. Maybe both? I'm sure he's long forgotten about them and I believe I have them mixed in with my stuff somewhere....

It surprised me, too, when I saw that the NSS numbers were in sequential order. Nothing more than one of those little, "off the wall" poster side-factoids, I guess.   pcorn

In the scheme of things on the show, it worked. Here, I found an episode on YouTube. The whole series is there apparently, but the framing is all off. But check it out anyway---at least through the groovy theme song:

Agreed, one of the better ones I have seen in a while.  The empty space is well thought out and adds to the design rather than make it appear unfinished.  Well done.

been a little slack of late, nothing seemed to be jumping out.
then all of a sudden LOADS of stuff appeared!!!!
odd that this 2F for ilsa showed up at a good price [condtion is reflected] and then the photbustas also showed up from a different source the same week. luckily i had just sold a few things and could get them both.
both sellers also made out that they were in lesser condtion than i think they actually are!

not sure how many of these photobusters there are? but these seem to be the only 3 i ever see?

and then a few quads also turned up which is quite unusual for me. not in the greatest of shape but a few unusual ones. ive never even seen the herzog "my son" before, although its a bit bland :(

Ilsa!  Ilsa!  Ilsa!!!  I just (today) got the one sheet for the 2nd ILSA film (ILSA: HAREM KEEPER OF THE OIL SHIEKS) and now I have all of the posters for the Ilsa series (there are only 3...4 if you count WANDA THE WICKED WARDEN aka GRETA THE WICKED WARDEN which became ILSA THE WICKED WARDEN thanks to someone brilliant out there). But wow! That Italian poster for the first Ilsa is FANTASTIC!  I must track one down. Zowie! Thanks for sharing!
