So Zac on your other thread you said that ebay confirmed it was the same IP address, combined with all the other proof you've done an outstanding job of sharing, so why is this guy still allowed to operate on ebay?
I can't speak for the shenanigans that Zac has mentioned above but he does have good auctions on eBay from time to time that I've won a few items from in the past; and he packs the stuff up really nicely (which as we all know is a usual reason for not poster shopping on ebay).

People would buy from Stalin if he had crack and it was priced right; that's just how corrupt capitalism has got these days.You're missing the whole point, which is that the items he's flipping he's acquired through: 1) rampant bid retractions which keeps the price of the items low and 2) double bidding on items either to mess up the auctions entirely or find out other users max proxy. He buys all of his material off ebay by these means.Really it's as simple as that.
