I thought the same thing when I first saw it. I never want to see the movie so my thoughts of what it might be won't be ruined...

I found it, it's called "The Zodiac Fighters" and the Chinese name of the film is "Shi er sheng nan" (1978)

You asked for it. Do yourself a favor and just jump to 1:17:30 and watch from there.
