From the research I have done on this I have come up with that the image was used on the cover of ENTER magazine NOV 1984 and for publicity in Japan. But that is all I have come up with on this. I cannot find any other posters or images other then what I have already found. I am guessing these are pretty rare.

Thanks for the info, on the poster it says "1982,1983 Universal Studios inc Trademarked". I wonder why the waited so long to use it, thats still pretty cool and its reversed on the cover haha.

That's not the same pic. They used a different face shot on that one compared to your poster. The car looks the same though.

Yeah sorry for being picky, but I always find these kinds of things interesting. The tiny differences in what appear to be the exact same image. As a completist in the area that I collect, these are the things I'm always looking for.
