A couple of photo posters that I've picked up.

Rear Window (2000rr US 1S DSR): Not-too-common 2000 re-release, inferior to the original release posters of course but this one will go up in the office for a spell:

Les Miserables (2012 US 1S DSR): Hathaway's Fantine understandably is rather "miserable" here:

So you dump all your modern posters, tell everybody that they suck and that 3-sheets are the bomb, and then replace them with more modern posters?  ???

“Doublethink means the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one's mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them.”

Now for a much better photo poster, this is a replacement for a poster I traded to Mr. Charles "Pulpfixin" himself.

The permanent marker does not bleed through, fortunately:

You should have snagged this one like I did, instead of those "photoshop modern posters"...  But I have that Rear Window and had it hanging for 6 months or so - great poster!

One of my favorite quotes that I have hanging in my office:  “I've always felt that a person's intelligence is directly reflected by the number of conflicting points of view he can entertain simultaneously on the same topic.” - Abigail Adams

So maybe it's just your intelligence shining through Mel...   cheers

The wife just finished touching this one up this past weekend. I still need to do some border work but it should come out alright - however you need to work on your free hand dot matrix pattern skills.

Follow this analysis, Charles:

Me = poor due to profligate poster spending
Rear Window = classic movie
Rear Window original 1954 illustrated one sheet = $5000+
Rear Window 2000 photo re-release = $43

Hold back Mel on 100 cheap purchases and get a rear window instead. You'll get more kudos, if that's what you are after ;)

Blue Is The Warmest Color (2013 US 1S SSR)(alternate style). I ended up shelling out $100 for this one, which has disappeared from Ebay and ain't coming back according to the seller.  Who knows, maybe it will be the next Black Swan art deco "must have" poster.

I was on the fence about the authenticity of this poster.  Especially since the seller seems to have an endless supply of it.  So today I had a friend of mine whose movie is distributed by IFC contact their distribution honcho.  Here's his reply: "Yes.  I released that as an alt poster for Blue.  It was done by the same designers I hired to do the official theatrical poster."  So it is real and I suspect the seller to an IFC representative.  An exceptional poster, IMO.

My copy looks legit, super-sharp tiny logos/text, etc.  It is slightly short 39.5" exactly:

That same seller did pick up 10 more (on top of 5 previously sold):
