That seems highly unlikely having viewed images of the Karibu Hotel. I'd put money on it being a US establishment.

Ok guys you got me.  Not in the US but close enough.  That's a great pic of my small, secondary dining room looking out into my private woodland where I hunt for the truffles that I sell to buy the posters...

Definitely not in Tanzania !!  The comment was just a "karibu" (welcome) to Tanzania; an invitation to visit Tanzania...

The picture was taken in an northern African country (Morocco or Tunis) or in Spain/Ibiza
