Karloff as the Monster, one last time, in the film,
The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (1946). Make up
artiste Jack Pierce was brought back to do Karloff's make-up. The scene was shot, but then edited out, for unknown reasons. The scene was a gag in a dream sequence, near the end of the film. But how great would it have been to see The Monster, shot in full Technicolor!
Perhaps the scene will be located again, some day, found languishing away in a film can.
