Indeed.  I sometimes think the same since they stay out of sunlight etc etc.

However, it is safe to say many of the above items are fairly well known images, they've been seen countless times.  Just wondering if there is a common interest in one particular area or item that I can sort.

Cheers fella.

Congrats, Simes, very impressive collection.  It's quite possible that YOU, sir, have the world's greatest Bond poster memorabilia collection.

I'm with Stew - love to see you show it off visually.

Strictly from that perspective, DLHCollections reigns supreme now.

Personally, I would love to see pictures of your double/triple feature quads.  I didn't realize that there were so many variations!

I just missed out on this one because the seller wouldn't ship to the US... and I'm not sure I would have paid that much anyway!  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140502410650&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_354wt_65

Anyone know if a U.K. 4SHT for Octopussy is rare, or worth anything?

Hi, Folks!

If you mean the 60" x 40" (sometimes referred to as 2-sheet, sometimes 4-sheet) we have two in stock at the moment, both in rolled but slightly battered condition - that's battered as in knocked about, not as in Mars Bars ...

... Stew will understand.

Best wishes,

Hi, Paul!
They're on our list at £100 apiece.
Do I read between the lines that you have one - or have seen one elsewhere?
If you're thinking of coming to Chester Racecourse next month, you could come and give them a few more crumples!

Best wishes,

In advance of tomorrow's upload, please find the image of the poster that is currently in my Wants list.

Please let me know if anyone (not interested in this genre) can point me in the right direction.

Cheers.

Cool poster.  I think I've seen each side as a double crown, but never together like that.

Strictly from that perspective, DLHCollections reigns supreme now.
Indeed, this chap does seem very organised.  Must admit my web talents do not extend as far as sticking poster collections up on the 'net.

Should anyone be interested;

1. I haven't extended my collection as far as the US double feature 1 sheets.

2. This chap seems to have cornered the market in US/UK and International 1 sheets - he should look at the Mr Int 1 sheet with images in the space station 'wings', Eyes Int 1 sheet with complete red border, US teaser portrait Octopussy 1 sheet, the AVTAK withdrawn white tux art.

3. Then there are variants which will only be of interest to the complete nut - said with impunity as I am to be considered one of them.
a) Licence to Kill US advance spelt with an 'S' as opposed to 'C'.
b) GoldenEye coming soon Advance (as opposed to Christmas '95)
c) TWINE US 1 sheet has a version without the "Eon Productions presents" wording above the title - it is clear.

d) there are a couple of DAD posters, the gun on ice, the mid teaser and final US art.
e) Again DAD, this chap has the Campaign D artwork.  There is also a very very similar Campaign C artwork.  (I would love to know the reasoning behind the printing of these two near identical artworks)
f) Casino Royale Advance 1 sheet has a Coming Soon version, as opposed to the November date - but in this I am sure this is a common variant between US and International 1 Sheets
g) Casino Royale Character 1 sheets and various International styles.  CR 1 sheets (UK, US, Int) number eight in total.
h) Quantum first teaser and International art with blue background.

I am sure all of this is more than perfectly known by the talents on these boards ...

Mel and Simes, thanks for the comments on my website.  Regarding Simes's list of JB posters I don't have, I'm aware of all of them and they are on my want list.  I've never claimed my collection is complete.  In fact, I'm not sure it will ever be complete.  Because once I've satisfied my current JB collection criteria, then all of a sudden it could change.  Who knows, I may get the itch to expand to more foreign paper.  Then it really could get out of control.

Hey fella.

Good to see you're monitoring this thread - good to see you're around.

Congrats on the recalled TND teaser 1 sheet with the foil 007.  I haven't come across anyone else with this variant.  Must say I do love the funkiness of this poster, the mylar gloss effect and of course the mirrored 007.

I have also never seen the Dr No/FRWL combo insert either - lovely.

Had you heard of the TWINE US 1 sheet variant?  Not sure I have come across too many others who are aware of this either.  Not sure if there is any info out there??

I must also say, looking at the rest of your site, you do have an incredible collection.  Superb.
