Those main entrance doors for Casablanca might be some of the coolest things I have ever seen. Downright showstopper to display in one's home.

Ben, here's a pic I snapped of the doors... they had remounted the handle hardware, so that was good to see. The windows, tho, were replaced at some point with the multi-colored plexi that can be seen. (I lightly tapped on it, (with permission), and its not the original clear glass or plexi, as was seen in the film). Again, the doors were probably re-used and re-purposed for a later film, and the production wanted the widow glass in shades of color.

And likely whoever acquired them will turn them back into how they looked during the film

Would be cool to have as interior doors to a home theatre room that's for sure

Thanks for the pic and info, Jeff.

The original glass being there now would only be a bonus it wouldn't bother me buying it (if I were in the running) with the plexi in there.

The actual doors, and their patina, are just incredible. Very cool.

It would be good to find a color LC or other material to see if the doors were actually that shade of green in CASA.

Chances are, those were repainted, (in the distant past), as well.  ;)
