This heavily-restored WOO half sheet went for $71K - it looks excessively-restored and "too perfect" to mesa....
Dorothy looks ill (and no not "ill" as in "fresh" as in "radical" as in "bodacious")
I think this was the bargain of the day..$657...A Capra's film, Walter Brennan..Cooper and Stanwyck...rolled... and it went for a very good price. Meet John Doe (Warner Brothers, 1941). One Sheet (27" X 41").
Nope. No LBd. According to HA (quote): The poster has slight edge wear, two tears in the upper border, and clear tape in the upper and lower borders. Rolled. So it was certainly a good catch...
Yowza, I consigned this and expected it to go for $10 at most. Go crazy Emovie bidders!
Now THAT is one ugly poster.
"1933 KING KONG"That's hysterical!
It's also listed as argentinean despite the portuguese "Apresenta"...
But but but - did you buy it??
Nope, but got me something nice that has a few apes in it
The .ca work around to see what stuff actually sold for has been fixed, any other way to see accepted offers now?
Yeah seems to have been filtered on all eBay sites now.One way to at least get an idea of what it sold for is to do a sold listings search sorted high/low to see where it falls amongst other items - not exact but it gives you a fairly close range. Although we can't see it, this search still places the item based on the Best Offer price acceptance...
