Ghostbusters 3 given green light.

Shooting starts next year i believe..Hopefully a decent storyline can erase Ghostbusters 2 from my memory... :)

No kidding  hitself  I adore the original, didn't care for the sequel.  Looks like the original cast will reprise their roles.  Not holding my breath on this one with Dan Aykroyd getting writing credit

It will suck. I kind of liked the sequel though not nearly as much as the original.  A third is just a last gasp/attempt to cash in to a built in audience. God, there are no decent writers in Hollywood.

Unfortunately they will no doubt go ape shit with the CGI and it will be in 3D...

Although maybe 3D would be ok for a Ghostbusters movie?  Lifelike ectoplasm and all that?
