Had this arrive today -- and from Germany.

A German A1 for Squirm (1976)

This was one I always liked, art-wise, and it also being earlier work by Drew Struzan is a plus. It's interesting to see how his style changed and developed in the following years. And the German poster shows a bit more of the original artwork at the top, even though the title the title is laid over it. Other posters, including the US OS, have cropped a bit of the sky and tree along the upper edge of the art.

Nice one, JEFF. Of COURSE "SQUIRM" is on my radar. Although it's not on my thread (I don't think), I've long had a SQUIRM poster (OS) as well. The German one is nice---as you said, the artwork is more fully shown thank on the OS. Ye Gods! THAT'S Struzan? He really HAS come a long ways...

Congratulations RAY STENSEN on getting the poster you wanted most of all.

Jeff, thanks for bringing the existence of this one to my attention. The art is crazy. So good.

Thanks gents, and Jay, here's hoping you find and snag a copy soon. And the cool thing is that, like he still does now, this art is signed. His signature ("drew") is on the red tendril or tree root, just above the head of the upward looking figure furthest to the right.

Someone on the board was nice enough to reach out and sell their rolled F13 to me. (After reading about the confusion and back and forth I had with movieposter.com)

Sweet, Ray. Congrats on the find!

Not been on the forum for a while so just wanted to make a post, share a few recent purchases. Nothing really valuable but as part of my collection I collect the best of the recent UK Quads (best in my opinion) for cult classics, rereleases and specialist films. These are some recent ones that I required and some of my favourite Park Circus Quads from the last few years.

First up is this Park Circus UK Quad for the rerelease of David Bowie's The Man Who Fell To Earth. I really love this poster.

Next up is this great BFI UK Quad for the rerelease of the classic Goodfellas.

This is on really nice thick paper too.

Next up is this one for the 2016 rerelease of Ghost In The Shell (Manga). Again a really nice beautiful poster and again on thick heavy paper.

Next is the UK Quad for the second poster in the Jodorowsky trilogy, "Endless Poetry". Truly fantastic poster in person and again on thick heavy paper. (I was lucky to pick up two copies of this).

Also recently picked up the Park Circus UK Quad for the rerelease of The Manchurian Candidate couple of years ago I think it was.

Also another Park Circus poster is this one - rerelease of Some Like It Hot

This is one of my favourite Park Circus posters for Funny Face

Finally, I know you are all familiar with this one. No introduction necessary.

[/img]

As some of you may know I collect Park Circus posters but they are so bloody hard to get hold of, near impossible so if anyone has anything by Park Circus let me know or do share.

Here's another couple of Park Circus ones that I have.

And this for The Misfits

Nice group there, John. Especially, since you are trying to get as many Park Circus RR as you can.

And the Bowie quad is fantabulous. What a great image, and layout.  thumbsup.gif

Why are they so tough to get a hold of, John? Small numbers? Or they just are held very close to the vest, so to speak?

How have you tracked all of yours down?

And those last 3 are very nice, too. I really like the reworked layout of The Misfits, using those same images from the original US OS.

Most Park Circus releases only go into art house cinemas so very limited release and they only do very limited quads per release - don't know exactly how many but it won't be many at all.

This is my biggest WANT which I  have been after for ages but never seen it available anywhere.

And my next two biggest wants, again extremely difficult to find. I have only ever seen one of the GTBTU in two years on the bay and it went for £150 (was out bid).

Good luck on tracking these 3 down. PC seems to do a really nice job, design-wise, on all of their RR stuff.

Thanks again, Matt... the weights are four stainless steel washers super-glued together (per weight). I think I have $5 in them. They work like a charm!

Great solution! I use antique glass furniture sliders - they are reproductions so they were cheap. But I wish they were heavier. Maybe I'll glue washers inside!
