With no offense to current 'Best of' lists, I thought it might be fun to list the films that I don't like.
Why?
Well, on almost any given Sunday I am asked 'what are my favorite films?' and I attempt to regurgitate the same old list of titles that everyone here has heard 1000 times over.
So, instead of sounding like a broken record, here's some of the films that I HATE.
(This list can also contain films that I haven't even seen because I can't stand the thought process behind them, entire genres of films and/or actors/actresses whose very involvement make me gag.)
1) Ordinary People
2) Kramer Vs. Kramer
3) Twilight (and all of its sequels)
4) Almost every film made by M. Knight Shyamalan (except Unbreakable and The Sixth Sense)
5) The Hangover trilogy
6) Any movie with 'Bride' in the title (except Bride of Frankenstein, of course)
6) Quentin Tarantino (don't hate 'em, just seems that they are all the same)
7) Any post-Sean Connery Bond film (I mean, why bother?)
Woody Allen (this 'one trick pony' nebbish makes me gag)
9) Any movie with Barbra Streisand
10) The Hunger Games, it's sequels, and any other films based on 'tweenie' book series (see Twilight above)
