What does that mean - 5 star posters - and according to whom?  Why is Jaws a 5 star poster when it shows up regularly at auction?  Is it price, rarity, or just the Mel-o-meter?

Mel, what is the story with that Veronica Lake- Hour Before Dawn poster.  That is stunning!!!!  What do those puppies go for?  I want one someday when my collection grows up.   ;D

That is a shocker.  That is such a cool poster I would have thought that it would command more money.  Bruce, if your reading this, find one for your next mini/major in very good or better condition and I am all in.

The PPP say that Mel even paid a little bit of a premium on that one.  But I agree it's a great poster!

Yep,  I almost thought about asking you to let me throw up the FFDM and FFOD on the wall over the holidays; but I don't have any damn daybill frames...  Maybe someone should start a rent-a-poster service... :) I definitely enjoy it when your paper is with me, Matt...

Poster Rentals...not a bad idea. lol.

You can throw'em on the wall if you want to. Just use pins/blu tack or sticky tape if need be.

Fridge magnets...just don't put the top half on the freezer and the bottom on the fridge door, could get a little dicey. ;)

Nearly forgot...a stapler works well too!

I remember years ago, an article about a political punk who was in jail and used chewed up bread to stick posters to the wall of his cell, always thought that was pretty cool.

Well, I thought I hadn't had much this year, but looking back I've had a few nice ones...

In no order other than it's how I found them in the Bucket.

I was trying to figure out which of my Godzilla-related purchases was my favorite this year so I could have something to post, when I realized that this was my favorite purchase of the year:

It's a hard one to call, I've bought hundreds of posters this year, some dirt cheap and others not so, but I think many of my favourites are the ones purchased and were then were restored (by Dario http://www.vintagemovieart.ca). I love the fact they have been bought back to life no longer lost to the ravages of aging

There's plenty of others but this one rates as a highlight, it was in pretty rough shape but when it was completed it looked great and went to the wall in my office.
