Hey Benjamin, I did a little looking around and was able to find which museum "Mother's head" from Psycho is housed in.

It's in The Musée de la Cinémathèque, (formerly known as Musée du Cinéma), 51 Rue de Bercy, 75012 Paris

Cool, thanks for the update Jeff!  I haven't been to the Musee de la Cinematheque in years, I guess I'm due for a visit next time I go to Paris.  Great pic of the head too!
