I just deleted stuff from a thread which, to say the least, borders on defamation. And, the source of the deleted stuff was from this incessant need of dealers to compete with one another on this forum.
The next time that someone posts something that one of the mods is compelled to delete, the person who posts it will be banned for 30 days.
"How will I know" you say? Well, use some common sense. If you post something that you just KNOW is going to cause a fight, that's the kind of thing that will likely lead to deletion and banning.
The person who started the back and forth that I just deleted KNEW that it was a challenge that would provoke a fight.
I will not warn you. You're not going to get "chances" like my six-year-old son asks me -- "just one more chance!"
My hope is that this policy will give you pause before you post what you are going to post. And, may I suggest that if you actually pause to consider whether you're violating this policy, that you refrain from posting it at that point. Err on the side of not posting it. Give us all a break, for rest assured that WE are tired of this. Grow up.

So does you acknowledging (possible) defamatory comments and deleting them mean you are going to delete all the actual defamatory posts made against others past, present and future? I bloody hope so because it's about time.

Yes, Chris, seriously. You have no idea what this means to me on a personal level as fortunately you have not experienced what I and others have (to my knowledge).
I asked, pleaded even, for Holiday and Thierry to delete the actual defamatory comments made about and against me LONG ago. This new stance by Holiday is such that it warrants those disgraceful comments deleted. I am not going to apologise for saying that. This is an important development for me.

Sorry, Charlie, it's not about that.
I am quite happy to give that person a chance. He has all my details so all he has to do is call me as I have asked him to or talk to me in a civil manner over email in private, but he has done neither.
What was said about me was defamation and some of you guys just don't get that and some haven't even seen or read it - it would be a waste of time, but if you really want to, search for it.
You guys have to remember that I was called a fraud and attacked so bad and this affects me and my website as people still find that crap on the internet, and I have to educate people when they bring it up. Until it gets deleted I will always have to do this. If Holiday can delete possible defamatory comments, then as God as my witness, he can sure delete ACTUAL defamatory comments. It doesn't matter WHO makes them, whether it be about me or anyone else, what matters is that ANY defamatory and false statements get deleted.

There are two of them living in the garage still, a male and a female. I was hoping to see some babies during the past year, but nothing yet. I dont live there anymore (moved 600km away now) but the house is empty (in Sydney) and I go there & stay there now one weekend a month and will be there again this weekend and love checking up on them.
