I've never see a rolled tube secured like this before.

Nice of the chap to refund.

I am not sure I would have bothered for that amount, nor would I have expected to have been refunded for that amount.

I think it's great.  Too many thieves out there, too many people trying to make a quick buck at someone's else expense.  If it had happened to me, I would have sent him back his money and tripled it.  Not that you have to do it, but I'm always in shock when someone is honest.
