arrived today, german poster for Vivre Sa Vie (1962)
it has been backed onto thin cardboard but i can live with that, no i am more than happy with it
i checked the sellers feedback and they had recently sold the Acadamy cinemas Strausfeld quad of this for £900 :o imbecile.gif :o
i paid less than 1/10th of that - it's a funny old world ;D

these were from RKO 33/44 campaign book and i intend to trade the rest
the Zasu Pitts caricature is by Sam Berman, not sure what the film is

Hi Redman, Constance and Kate are fantastic!  What dimensions are those two pieces? Do you know for what purpose they were made (e.g. magazine ads; theatre display)?   Okie

hi. they are 11x14 inches and were in the RKO exhibitors book (there are also portraits of ann harding + irene dunne)

Looks like the original drawings were done in red charcoal ... beautiful images, redman.

I see both are signed by the artist. What's the name?

Some nice added perks placed inside the exhibitor's book, it seems.  thumbsup.gif
