Title: Kevin Perry: Horror Artist Interview
Post by: brude on March 22, 2012, 02:47:00 PM
APF member DreamWarrior (Kevin) recently had a gallery showing of his horror portraits, including some that he has used as his avatars on this forum.
Kevin has a real knack for this type of art, always capturing the likeness of his subjects with accuracy and flair.
Reelybored.com just published this interview with Kevin.

Kevin is too humble to agree with me, but I think he's a rising star in the horror art community.
I really dig his Franky from BRIDE...

I'd cut off my left foot to be able to draw like this. (note NO smily inserted)

Kevin is VERY humble about his work.  With the quality of his portraits, I personally think he should pick up a tattoo kit and start practicing.

Just as soon as I write my movie and design the villain. My next collection of drawings will be movie related of course. I'm thinking about a Wizard of Oz theme. I'm open to suggestions if y'all have ideas.
