I'd give an arm and a leg for the one on the right, much less for the one on the left.

I like that Lee's pallor is more ghostly and undead looking on the Spanish version.  devil 2

Italians have the best poster designers in the world.  It's not even fair to compare.  But in this case, I'd go with the French.

I recently received the ARG OS for this film, the art of which was based on the US OS (but "redrawn" for the Arg version)
