Davis: (Laughs) Well, we actually do have plans to open up a branch in Austin in the next 3-5 years.  I’m from TX and I have lots of family in that area, I’ve been in LA far too long and I really want to move back home. The Austin location will be specifically dedicated to working on contemporary silkscreens. And someday we may open a branch in the UK. I will also continue to maintain the LA location as well which will focus on vintage ephemera and fine art.

Looks like Charlie is gonna have some competition. ;)

Interesting that he is from Texas maybe I need to e-mail him for advice and play the Texas card. I still don't think I quite have it all right when using paper pulp plus some other odds and ends... I mean mainly I have used his methodology from his blog to accomplish what I have accomplished with the exception of some intense conservation research I did...

Well, I wrote John.  He was friendly.  But eventually stonewalled my questions, as seems to be usual with all good linenbackers...  He said he offers a weekend class for a buku $$$... Which I would rather buy a home theater system with...  Besides, then I would have to start charging people...  ;)
