I recently won an auction on this poster from the excellent (in my opinion) eMoviePoster.com.
I did some research trying to find the theatre mentioned in the poster. Not only I found the still operating theater but also a copy of an hearing to the House of Representatives, where the owner of the theatre describes his experience with the "block selling" practices.

Very cool that the theater survived, and that is an amazing piece of paper you picked up! I had my eye on it as well, glad it went to a good home. Bruce is the best in the business, and emovie is always a great place to buy.
