How are you? I haven't seen you around in so long. Thank you for your kind note as well. Yes, I'm glad I bought my Logan's Run poster. However, the Star Wars one would have gone up in value astronomically as you know. Oh well. I've always purchased what I've liked... All the trash I've been posting over the years... I totally dig it. I could've made wiser choices... Things that would've gone up and value more... But, c'est la vie.
I really really really hope things are going well for you. You were one of my favorite people on here. I'm so glad you dropped me a note. Thank you so much. It's good to know that you're still around.

Hey there. Thanks for your note. I hope you like my show. Actually there will be two people enjoy this weekend. I'm still learning the rugs and they're still very primitive., But I'm trying. Episode two will have a surprise... A theme song! And believe it or not, it's written by Susan "Cindy Brady" Olsen. Really! It's not her voice. It's an AI voice. But she wrote the lyrics. I love this song. It's now part of the open credit and I made the video for it. That's all in episode two. So if you're bored with episode one at least watch the first minute of episode two. Thank you. Period and I did try to make it chatty like my posts tend to be. Cheers.

And now I wanted to share episode two is done. I anticipate having an episode every Saturday. At least until I can't do it anymore. Anyway, episode two features an opening title track written by Cindy Brady, a.k.a. Susan Olsen. I am very honored that she did that for me. This episode is the second episode. Episode 2 is wonderful! So many "Part 2"s are disappointing, but this one is even better than the excellent first one.

I hope you can equal it in Part III. But you have set the bar very high!

Thanks for your nice reply Shawn. I am doing well thank you. Got a government permanent job finally after being in and out of work for decades.

I guess I haven't bought any posters in about 6 years, but I enjoy the ones I have. I still have the same posters on the walls for 2 years (in this post) even though I planned to have changed them out long ago. The last 4 months I got into collecting comics (Disney, Archie, Harvey (eg Richie Rich)) and got about 200 in that time but I'm at the end of that interest I feel as I have most of what I wanted. They remind me of being a kid, the fun of holding and reading them.

Episode 2 of Shock-A-Rama Poster Show was again most entertaining. Well done! Nice sparkly showman jacket too 😁. I very much liked the singing intro, and particularly the young ladies running up to you 🤣. I hope you manage to find a Space Shield Eye Protector!

Something Weird Videos - I bought some SW videos maybe 25 years ago before YouTube. It was like a new world to find and buy those weird movies and mainly collections of B, actually Z-movie trailers. I was in a bar or somewhere at the time and on the wall were monitors showing, without audio, these trailers. I was fascinated by all that cheap sci-fi costumes, monsters and attractive women lol. I had to get trailers like I saw there and found SWV somehow. I still gather weird retro movie clips that I think would be great to view without audio. Now you mentioned liking SWV so much, I should have seen the connection: SWV is a perfect match for your interests!

Bruce, your high praise is making it difficult for me to even contemplate going further. Part three is done and is scheduled to post tomorrow. It'll probably fall flat. Episode four? Uh... I I still don't know what I want to do yet. It all depends on what posters I can find. Believe it or not I'm having trouble locating many posters. I want to use. I know I have them. Congratulations on your government job! How exciting and well deserved. Bravo!
I understand that changing of interests. Comic books, I guess, could be fulfilling. I have a bunch of them in boxes that I bought as a kid. But I never got into reading them. My movie poster obsession has waxed and waned over the years, but it's never completely dried up and I always found myself going back to it. That's kind of my situation now actually—Focusing on my posters while I still can.
So you know something weird video too... Even down under! Fabulous! I really love the heyday of something weird. Her catalogs were just mind blowing. I could sit there and just make a list of all these amazing movies that I wanted. My list was nearly the whole catalog every time it was such a great company. I'm sure it still is in its own small way.
And I'm glad you enjoy my silly little show. Thank you so much for your informative and newsy reply. I'm so thrilled about your government job and that you are doing well. Hooray!

Thank you for your nice note. Having an expiration date is kind of... Not comforting, but... Helpful in a way. I can kind of plan for it... And it gives me an excuse to just mess with my posters. Although there are days... And even weeks... When I don't even wanna get out of bed. But unlike so many other people who just die... At least I have a chance to organize my exit... Not that I have yet, but I have that opportunity. Ha ha ha.
Everyone knows what's going on with me. They also know that I'm OK with it. The only person I really don't like this for is my mother. She's old and seeing her oldest son go through this is not easy for her. But she likes the poster show. Now, I am making them more for her than for myself. But stay tuned... Episode three drops tomorrow.

Love the videos! It's been a while since I've looked in (poster purchases have been few and far between after I retired), but I'm glad to see you've stayed and kept your sense of humor. Very, very sorry to hear your condition has not improved. Thanks for all that you do and have done here in the past. Much respect and best wishes to you in these trying times.
