Found this on some French website: www.maisons-champagne.com/bonal/pages/16/07

In the cohort of the wise virgins of the twentieth century stands the elegant evening dress of "L'Instant Taittinger" Patrick Arlet whose pattern, the woman seen through the sparkling flute, was used to decorate the bottle that the house Taittinger had made for the year 2000 and is the perfect identification of woman with champagne.
