I just remembered this from the other day...  So growing up, my family always called the mailman the 'postman'...  So naturally I call the mailman, 'postman'...

My daughter and I were in the living room a few weeks ago and she saw the USPS truck drive up and

She says "Daddy the 'posterman' is here." 
I said "You mean the 'postman'." 
Her: No the 'posterman'. 
Me: No baby that is the 'mailman' he delivers the mail. 
Her: No he's the one that brings the posters the 'posterman'... 
Me (I am laughing at this point): Well what about all the other letters and stuff? 
Her: Oh yeah, you're right (with a chuckle).

So you know you're a poster junkie when you children refer to the 'mailman' as the 'posterman'...

I told my wife your story this morning Charlie and she got a good laugh out of it.
Then as I was working in the garage this afternoon, I heard the doorbell ring and about 2 minutes later my wife poked her head in and said, 'the posterman was here'.

You know you're a poster junkie when you BUY FOR A SECOND TIME posters that you've previously sold or given away!

I just bought a Revenge of the Sith poster and a couple of others that I had deliberately sold or given away.  Such is the life of a poster junkie....

I have a list of the posters I want in my collection. And I am sticking to it.


But I know that things are not going that well when everytime I buy one poster I have this urge to add another three or four posters to my ''must have'' list. That's why I know I have become a poster junkie gimme, gimme, gimme...posters

But all is well, all is under control. I have a list.
