the seller keeps relisting it with a reserve.. Of course, the bids are lower all the time because all of the truly interested parties give up.. At one time in this poster's history it was over $5000 and it still didn't hit reserve

look at the bid history and then click on the 185 feedback bidder's link. That bidder has 69 bid retractions the past 6 months
