That is one of the first posters I truly fell in love with... and I never imagined that I would own one someday!  That thing makes me want to weep.

Thanks Bruce.  Be sure to warn me if you ever auction the Italian 4-foglio of In a Lonely Place so I can trade up!

Does Harry even have an empty spot on the wall??

Actually, how about right above the crib?  ;)

That poster made me have a HS!OL moment.  (HOLY SHIT! Out Loud).

Matt.. With Bruce's copy now just over the 1550.00 mark, and with a little under 5 days to go, your buy was a MAJOR score!! Congrats!   qip

MPA Dan is unloading some of his stuff - I think he sold most of it years ago but apparently he still has some good stuff around.

His rare Animal House advance blew up to $525 at the end:

His Kilian Indy mylar also ballooned at the end to $511:

She pooped out at $13,600.00 (reserve not met, obviously). I guess that slit up the front of her dress is not to everyone's liking..

I bid more than that the first time around, and would still pay more than that for this copy, but my attitude now is why bother?

My guess is that the more he keeps pimping this poster, the lower the ending bid will be.  At this point it's been auctioned, what, three times?  Collectors' interests wane when something is offered again and again.

He talks a lot of sense does the Doc... If you over expose a poster, it cheapens it.

It seems kind of fitting to over-expose a faded poster!

So so far he has massively overpaid for a damaged repaired faded poster, and has over-exposed it?

I wonder what his master plan is?

If he keeps on listing it and cheapens it some more it might end up in my price range. ;D

The French one panel for CURSE OF FRANKENSTEIN was taken on ebay today, for $2024.00. No last minute, third bidder stepped in and the final, winning bid was the high bid for the last day or 2.

Congrats to the winner.   happy1

This is one BEAUTIFUL one panel, with that vibrant Mascii artwork.

RE the Raiders mylar:
I personally thought, as a test proof, it was a good price.
So yeah, unlucky, T.
How many of these are floating around? Do you know?
Best wishes,

I have French 1 panels (Ferris Bueller) coming up soon and I have a Ferris in that auction. I wonder what it will sell for?

$59.96.

I was in it until I got sniped at the end.

Anyone see this Italian Job quad that recently sold on eBay?  It (not surprisingly) went for major bucks given the condition!

Bugger hell!  jawdrop
That is one mighty price!
But then again, I have never seen this quad before!
Best wishes,
Adam

Classic? Yes. Rare? Yes. But come on...  US $2,756.75?
