In the least case, he should say these are an undersized repro of the quad format/artwork for KK.

His wording is what will have potential buyers confused, thinking they are the full quad size, when, in fact, they are not.

Just for the record I have received my Killer Klowns quad and it is a full 30" x 40".

Not a repro, they are official Video posters (unless Video posters count as repros of course!)

Just for complete clarity, not undersized video poster. Video posters in the UK come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. So for a video poster these are exactly as they should be.

Video poster = right size, in this case, here.

Quad = wrong size here, as stated initially.

I think someone got a nice deal here. A 1935 WC for the John Ford film, The Whole Town's Talking, with Ed. G Robinson. It sold for $202.50

Pre Oscars. That is usually £1000-1500 in excellent condition, so quite reasonable.
