Not my cup of tea either. Not keen on a poster with Lawrence written on it. Who calls their child Lawrence... Sorry if you are called Lawrence

I think this often about guys named Steve, Steven or Stephen ;)

Half the people who covet it haven't seen it is my guess.

And some great deals, too, like this early, 1930 3-sheet, THE FLIRTING WIDOW, starring Dorothy Mackaill & Basil Rathbone, that went for a very reasonable $337.00:

Hmmm...presumably the consignor of that (if they were the original buyer from 2011) took a substantial loss considering Bruce's fees + restoration costs!

He created some of the most beautiful poster images.

It is always fun to follow these auctions of modern stuff, Bruce.  I own a lot of the posters you had up for auction, so it's interesting to see what EMP can get for them.

Good job.

Beautiful piece.  If it had been folded, it would have been all over it.

Same here.  I took a good run at that Iron Giant, but alas, someone is crazier than me!  I'm glad I have a lot of those others already.  Especially that Pulp Fiction.  I paid $400 for my copy a long time ago, and I was sick for a week spending that kind of money.  Now, it's a steal.  Go figure.
Best regards,

Holiday

Ya thats pretty fucked up about the Lucky Strike. I am still pretty much a newb but everything I have picked up on, know and have seen tells me that something just isnt right. That poster isnt that rare. I have seen it a million times now.

I traded a Mondo print for that Pulp Fiction.  I can't remember which one and I can't remember to whom.  It might have been Struzan's Frankenstein.  I had 4 of those at some point.  I knew I would NEVER spend more than $400 on a Lucky Strike poster (not that much into it to begin with), and the Mondo print cost me less than $300 (if indeed it was Frankenstein), so it made sense.  Thanks to Bruce, I probably would not be able to make that trade today.
