Hopefully to a real collector and not Dave. No offense to Dave, he is in business to make money not collect and I understand that but at the same time he makes it very hard and frustrating for real collectors who do not have have huge amounts of money to throw at some titles. The white title pops up from time to time but not common by any means. I expect that a few more will appear in the next few months.

The point was to say to others that it is there better get it quick. Dave reads these and many other forums and lives on E-Bay. He won;t miss it for long. Don't approve, don't read it. Kinda like Porno.

That one was folded, not rolled. And if it is a white title congratulations to the buyer. It is hard to tell from the picture though, it could be silver or white. Odds are that it is a silver title. If indeed the white title ones were really a printer's test run like Bruce hypothesized, then they would most likely not have been folded and distributed to theaters.

Was thinking the same thing.

Saw another one recently that I was almost positive it was white (silver text was very silver, title looked very white), but alas, it wasn't.

Can never be 110% from pictures especially on E-Bay but if it is not white it is Photoshopped in my opinion. I pulled the extra large image from E-Bays servers and see no indication that it would be silver.

I have seen a few folded ones over the years and owned one of those so don't find folded to be an issue. This was before anyone really cared about the title color and the most you could get for a rolled copy was $40-50 so doubt anyone was playing games at that point in time.

Hopefully the buyer did his due diligence and checked with the seller first.

That looks pretty white to me. It looks the exact same color than the writing at the top.

Fair enough. That wouldn't be my strategy. I rather keep it for a while to make it all "more special" unless the underbid was way above my expectations.

Here is another example where the photo makes it appear that the title is quite white. I wrote this seller and asked. Sure enough, per the seller, he describes the title font color as a very light, silvery gray. I also asked if the poster pictured was the very copy he was selling, and he said it was, (as the contrast looked a bit boosted to me).

It pays to ask questions first.

Hard to tell for sure on such a small picture but even though it is quite bright it still looks to me like it has a slight grey cast to it. I think in a jumbo picture like the other one it would show much more clearly especially around the fold lines.

I just hope the other one is a white title or I am going to feel really really bad. I am 95% sure based on the large image, I see no indication of grey.

As a result of this I have been expanding my research on the ESB Advance one sheet and although to early to say for sure it appears that including the white title there may be as many as 4 different distinct print runs for the advance, all slightly different for NSS alone. Once I nail it down better I will post something.

I had asked the seller if he had a larger photo, initially. He said no, that the image on the auction was all he could offer. That's when I asked about the title font color, and he confirmed that it was not white, but, in fact, a light silver-gray.
