I think it's the perspective, Paul.

Correct. Bane himself is wider but the posters are all the same size.

Got my 2nd ever 6 sheet up onto a wall!

Hammered 2 hooks into the wall, screwed 2 eye hooks either end of a 2m x 20mm x 10mm long wood, and with 5 transparent pins attached the linen to the wood (top edge of poster). One reason to hang it up is to touch up the tiny paper loss areas with pencil.

Attempt at for a sense of scale. The poster actually looks small in the photo but looks like it takes up most of the room in reality!

The walls, they always keep changing. Good bye Trek and hello even more uber modern crap. I know Im going the wrong way but I just cant help myself. ;D

The 3 Dark Knight posters look great next to each other Z, a synergy better than the sum of the parts thumbup

Awesome is the right word. Now that is one hell of a sweet wall. Six sheets rule.

And it complements the wood floor.  Nice eye for design!

Outstanding!
Now, back in the day, a young McLaglen woulda taken both Conte and Carlson with one hand behind his back -- and had his way with Mala -- all at the same time.
One of the greatest character actors to ever step in front of the camera.
Great poster.  Great display.
 cheers

Thanks guys! Lyn, yes colors match well, I didn't think to much about it but maybe subconsciously did. I might have to get the paint can out to change the green skirting color though! I have at least 4 x linen backed 6 sheets now with another in the process of being backed. Thanks Ted for the tid bit of info on the characters :)

Thanks Ari.

I am looking at this page on another computer and the colors look ridiculously way over saturated. Will try to fix them so they look right. The colors are great though. I have a spare one (folded) as I like the colors when I got the first one.

Ok, I adjusted them to look more normal!... if you want to see them properly you might need to clear the browser cache or do a forced refresh (Windows: Ctrl+F5)

Yup, that green has got to go.  I hung a couple of poster on a similar green wall in the New Orleans house.  Ugh.

Damn! I didn't think about that when I painted.I pretty much had stopped collecting back then.My color is similar but lighter,a pale olive, more greyish.Hopefully the black frames will offset any issues.

Great poster BTW,Steve!

The only Mondo print that I actually like. I even went and matched up a nice frame to make sure it got hung.  Big thanks to Holiday for letting me raid his Mondo stash.  I had missed out on one that was up on the forum a while back. Very happy to finally have it!

What's that Barnum & Bailey's poster Charlie?  Maybe you've posted it before and I just missed it...

Yeah I posted it a year or so ago but never hung up... Its one of those official 70s reprints. I can't find the website that details it out, but the poster has a catalog number. My dad picked it up for me...
