Help Opening Frame to put poster in it

I recently purchased a frame from craigframes, and am very confused. It is not clear how to open it, to place the frame in it. I bought the 20x30 Black poster frame / picture frame complete to house a Japanese B2. How do I open the frame?

Although I am not familiar with "craigframes" specifically and it really depends on the type of frame you bought.
See if there are "L" shaped metal pieces on the back that can be unscrewed to remove the horizontal (middle) piece of the frame. If so, do this and you can slide everything out.
This is how the frames from Americanframe.com work anyways...
