Commodity Code 970110 for original poster Artwork?

Apologies if this has been asked and answered before but I'm looking at some original sketches done for some poster artwork and they would need to be shipped from the US to the UK. Does anyone know if this this is the correct code for tax/import duties: 97 01 10. It seems the most likely to me but would appreciate some advice if anyone has been through this before.
