Aliens (1986) "Recalled" One Sheet Original Movie Poster

Hi all.

I'm looking at this Aliens "Recalled" One Sheet:

This would be the largest poster purchase I've made to-date, so I'd want to be absolutely certain of its authenticity.

For reference, there is also a supposed printer's proof of this poster also on eBay that looks a lot sharper and more clear than the one above:

I know this poster has had its share of reprints, so I'm a bit suspicious of everything. lol

Any help with the authenticity of either of these posters would be helpful!

The first one is authentic, albeit very expensive.  The second one, I don't know, I hate printer's proofs and I do not collect them.

Make an offer on the first one.  Nice poster, btw.
