What's your thoughts?

Can a linen back poster (specifically a six sheet) be stored rolled?

I believe so, yes.  All my linenbacked 6-sheets are currently stored rolled, and so far, they seem fine.

Agreed.  Just don't roll them too tight.

Yep, don't roll them to tied.
And don't roll them if you see linenbacking is badly done (likle buble of air or weak points in the paper such as cracks, mostly due to unproper drying)
Crucifixion? Good. Out of the door, line on the left, one cross each.

If they're paper-backed make sure they are rolled with the poster image on the outside of the roll.

Great. Thanks for the responses. I'd held off on buying a couple linen backed six sheets simply because I have limited free space in our current house to frame and hang posters of this size. In the next 18-24 months we plan to build a large shop/gallery/office/family party space where I'll have room to properly frame and hang these; but I didn't know if it was a good idea to store a linen backed poster rolled for that long.

Totally, I have several large Italian posters that were stored rolled for years with no apparent ill effects.
