Castro Theatre posters

Castro Theatre in San Francisco has been producing some excellent posters, usually 18x24 or 19x25, and many of them are superior to Alamo's offerings.  Alien Corset sells some of them.  David O'Daniel did these:

La Dolce Vita is the best of that bunch I think.  O'Daniel's style works well with the tone of that film.  The others.......ehhh

I got to looking over the latest set of releases and have to say I agree Dolce Vita is the best .. So I bought it ! :)


I also really liked the Chinatown print .. But it was sold out .. So if anyone picked one up and wishes to let it go shot me a PM ! ;)

Not a big fan of their stuff, too dark, but it does work for Jaws.  I wonder if the print is crisper in person.  Anyhow, I like the design so I picked it up.  The rest is not for me.

Yes I have La Dolce Vita and it is not near as dark as the jpegs .. Its been said many times before but is really true with these prints .. the online pictures never do the prints justice.
