Cant figure out if this is a poster or not.

Cant seem to find any information on this one. It appears to be a poster of some sort but I cant be sure. does anyone have an idea/ here is link to picture:

A poster is possible. To my eye, it looks like original art. The solid colors don't look even; it looks like it was done in pastels. It could also be a high quality art print. Tough to be sure from just one photo.

It is a print of a painting by Alte Grafiken mystery solved by another guy on the reddit platform.
