Thierry to Silhouette: Please tell her it's a tiny part of my collection so she doesn't think I'm a total creep. Oh wait, no, I am a total creep.

I started this thread only for posters you own, simply because so many designs will never be printed. Maybe I should have made it clear. There is another thread, can't remember what it's called, for modern posters. Jeff, do you know?

Did anyone buy the Kong JP poster from the guy on the bay that sold a ton of them? Wondering what the specs are, DS or not and measurements. I find it hard to believe they are authentic, but just wondering, so I can compare the one I got from the other side of the Pacific.

Pretty sure they were reprints? The B1 I have is DS and normal size - weren't those ones advertised as 27x40 and SS?.

I saw only one listed as 27x40 DS and saw all those SS Kongs too. The poster I saw that was DS was probably a SS too?

I really don't like 90% of current release posters but bought these three exceptions:
Woody Allen still insists on great posters (but marrying his adopted daughter!)

Great backwards writing:
It's pretty cool, although I thought that was simply the backside of a double sided poster in the photo.
A quick search came up with this from a good article:.
Two initial posters showed the faces of Franco and Roberts as if looking from the opposite side of the screen they're engaging with. So the title treatment and the actors' name is backwards. You see them making a selection between being a "Watcher" or "Player," each one choosing "Player." They're good in the way the light on their faces setup the technology aspect of the story and we see the choice that defines the story and sets it in motion.

They also talk about the other, later released posters.
