These results have just been published,

1.Vanilla Sky
2.Mullholland Drive
3.Donnie Darko
4.The Matrix Revolutions
5.Momento
6.12 Monkeys
7.Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind
8.2001 A Space Odyssey
9.Revolver
10.A Clockwork Orange.

Results released by LoveFilm.com

Personally i think number 5,8 and 10 dont deserve to be included,... perhaps Inception will be in the list next year at number 1 no doubt, simply due to modern audiences being unwilling to engage brain activity for more than 85 mins...

Hmmm...not a terrible list really.  But where is Revolver?  Maybe not commercial enough to make it?

How about The Shining, one of my personal favs.  If someone has a good take on the ending photo, with Jack smiling amongst guests, by all means let it out.

I think his inclusion in the photo was to signify that he had become one of the many ghosts of the hotel, forever trapped in it's history....

Half of those are not confusing if you have a functioning mind. The other half are confusing because they are just plain shit movies.

I think I just confused myself  Tongue

Donnie Darko is one of the few movies that come to mind where I sat and thought to myself "what the hell did I just watch".

They're speaking about the average viewer. And in that case, this list is pretty spot-on. People who are well-versed in film and culture will probably catch on more quickly.

New and confusing would have to be Inception.
Older would have to be Swimming Pool.
But then again I confuse easily.  wynk
