I know this is stupid on my part--especially for such a rare poster--but I am upset about all of the fold wear on the new poster (really evident on a larger version of the photo). Ha!

EEK!  Look at the time. I should be in the shower already! Yikes! Running late...and I gotta make me some cash-o-rama!

Don't worry too much about the fold wear now...try to enjoy it.. see if the folds will ease up with time.. it is a nice poster!

Magg, it looks really good. And it was folded as issued (and maybe a previous owner folded it a little off the mark at one time). A little R&R is all it needs. And if there are any small cross splits or tiny horizontal 'spider' tears, know, too, that its all part of the poster's history; it has lived a life and is now sharing part with you, the MAGG!  Again, it looks really great, and the main thing is -- you found a full, untrimmed copy that you were hoping to find, and in relatively short order.

And before you bid, did you not click on and super-size the image, so you could see the tinier details? I have a feeling you would have bid anyhow.  happy1

Jeff, no...I did not see the image before I bid. I only saw the catalogue image (which was obscured somewhat by the 2000 Maniacs poster on top of it) in the pdf catalogue. I bid based on the description in the catalogue. It wasn't until the end of the auction and the confusion as to whether I won or not that discovered the auction was listed on ebay!

Vick, you are right. We ARE all slaves to poster town. Shocking! Shameful! Expensive!

Rosa, I'm sure you are right. In time the fold lines won't bother me as they do now...jello? I GOT it fonally. Right? Who hoo.

Vick, I don't buy "new posters". Ha!  But I know what you meant...however, my poster collection compulsion does NOT know how to stop. I have a few more (ahem) new additions I'll post in a few days. Yowza! They are just too many of my "MUST HAVES" popping up of late to ignore...  Is there a 12 step program for people like us? (Well, 12 steps is far too many. How about a 1 or 2 step program? 3 steps MAX!)
