Tobor Locandina

I cannot find any past auctions for an Italian Locandina Tobor poster. What would you guys say that the rough value is on something like this??

What were you able to snag that copy for? Since you cant find any other previous sales records, yours might be a starting point.

Yes Jeff this is my piece. Sellers photo but my piece lol. If I recall correctly I paid $100 and that included shipping from Italy. I just have never seen another one out there and to me it is weird that one hasn't been auctions on EMP or Heritage or any other auction site.

Randy... so a common ground would be to say that it has a value of 100.00 until another appears and  is sold (and goes for either less or more).

Does that sound reasonable? Your "first time being seen" Tobor locandina is the starting point.  

And I'm with Chris.. I like it, too!

Yes very cool indeed. Very expensive though. I couldn't see paying $1600 for it. But maybe there is someone out there that might be willing to fork out some serious money for it.

Has an IT poster of this size with this same artwork ever been sold before? I checked and neither HA or EMP have sold one of this size and style, up to now.

When I had the Locandina I couldn't find one that had sold in the past. So I am guessing they are rare. As for value I guess it is what someone is willing to pay. Maybe one day we will see one come up for auction.
