And to think all that work and artistry is painted over and obliterated (on that particular building) over and over again....

Truly spectacular art and artists, when hand painted on that kind of scale.

I no longer have this poster. I sold it several years ago. But it's a great photo of the 1954 reissue 24 sheet for GONE WITH THE WIND (1939.)

It was at least 10 years ago, but it was about $1700 as I remember it.

That was the 1954 re-release, and it was backed by Studio C. K.

Thanks for locating an image Jeff. The 6-sheet has a white background - surely there weren't two versions?

There were not two 24-sheets. Coloration frequently differs on images of poster in the pressbooks. Mostly the posters reproduced in the pressbook are monochrome.
