I had a little girl about 5 months ago and have since started looking at some of my posters in a different way.
Just a newfound POV

Your little girl is lucky to have a father like you.

Posters can be very upsetting. But one has to take these things with a pinch of salt. Some as Matias said have a historical value or are actually beautiful - Zorby I like one of yours very much.

We have to draw a line though if offensive violent and misogynist. It is a fine line. Boys will be boys..and THANK GOD FOR THAT!

Ps - ^note I said "boys will be boys" no "boys will be pigs" which you will agree it is not very kind to the pigs.

Ps- and that is my rant for the year.

love ya all..

Please dont stop ranting!

Here's a new twist on this thread/question.  I think I might have raised this in another post - what about actors starring in films who turn out to be complete d*cks?  Granted many of them probably are douchebags, but some have a douchebag awakening - ie. Mel Gibson, Alec Baldwin, Christian Bale.  I don't see any Mel Gibson posters selling for much, except maybe the Road Warrior stuff... would Woody Allen be another example?

And yes..Christian Bale is a big disappointment...I also feel sorry for De Niro...don't know what's going on with him these days....

Note: This post is merely a discussion and not meant to offend.

My views after one year of collecting: gotta be the Italians.  Thoughts?  What about worst decade?

I think all countries have their share, to a degree -- Japan certainly has wide and varied examples, too, as was shown.

And on the other end of the scale, I think the US remains (and always has been) very tame. They simply dont allow that kind of imagery on US material (but the envelope can be often pushed a bit).
