I'll go for a poster with warm color to match the red part of the 6sh :)

I decided to put my Revenge of the Creature 6-sheet on the wall again (I had it up on a different floor a while ago before taking it down to put something else in its place).  It's now on the top floor of my home, in the same room where my framed Horror of Dracula French 47X63 is located.  Since this 6-sheet poster is on linen with wide border margins, it's pretty easy to hang without having it framed.  Funny how it looks a little small on that big wall though!

Poster looks great and big Antoine. Wonder if it can be dropped a little to show the title a bit more, though is getting close to people's bodies. That is a tall room to fit it above a lounge. Awesome, thanks for sharing

Very nice 6 sheet, Kirby.
I'll simply have to console myself over the fact that it's sold by staring at my 1 sheet :)

I only own 2 six sheets.  Neither is on display and I've never been able to photgraph them.

That's a good poster as well.  I've had the three sheet also.  But I only ever had one of these sixes.

I don't see my TCAT on here (which ironically I got from Kirby):

*pardon the missing baseboard, I had my priorities - posters went up first in the theater remodel.

I have sold an example of this before, once at auction and once as a private sale.  This is on our website.   I love this six sheet as the final scene of the film is clearly elicited from the poster design.  One of the great movies, of course.  Forgive if I have posted this before.  The thread has gotten long enough that I may not necessarily remember.  (It turns out that I had posted THE MEMPHIS BELLE earlier.)

Beautiful, Kirby. Those 3 sequential B/W images of that classic scene work really well against the orange & yellow background, really popping and catching your eye.

Meant to post this - we hung our Munsters 6-sheet up as part of the Halloween decorations this year.

That looks INCREDIBLE, Sean. clap clap  And you cant see an edge or seam where the sections are joined at all.

Can I ask who did the backing work for you?

And this deserves the BIG VIEWING.. it's just too good.

While it is always nice to see posters framed and up, does anyone believe in the art of allowing a poster to breathe?

Some of this is beginning to look like poster tiling...  ;D

Thanks Jeff, it was in nice shape to start with but I am definitely pleased with how it looks backed.

Jaime Mendez does a lot of the conservation work for us and also Mario Cueva.  We have been asked for this six sheet several times, and it is not easy to find.  Looks very nice.

Have you had this piece a long time? And how many years ago did you have it backed?

Im really liking your framing job, too.
