It seems like MPE is going to allow direct selling between buyers and sellers - or at least some sort of contact.

Because it is a dealer related topic, discussing a change in their (MPE's) selling procedures, in some cases.  Had Peter posted this directly, it would have been placed here, as well.

There is quite a long thread in general about recent changes in HA's selling procedures, of which you were the first person to comment on the thread, yet it remains in general.
