INVASION OF THE SAUCERMEN original U.S. half sheet. The poster is paper-backed and has some border work. There was some scoring on the paper surface. It's a bit smudgy in places. Furthermore, it's not completely "flat." There is an area where there is a vertical "fold". Not really a fold as such, just bent somewhat. The paperbacking job is not the best, and is old. So we are proposing to have this poster re-backed. $2500 as is. Condition should be regarded as very good. B minus. Colors are vivid, however. This half sheet is much scarcer than a one sheet or even an insert. So we offer it here if you've been looking for it. It will be off to the restorer within a few days and when it comes back, it will of course be priced differently.

Original grouping of four scene lobby cards and the title card from the 1945 Monogram film CHINA'S LITTLE DEVILS (1945). The film was directed by Monta Bell. These little Devils were ostensibly giving the Japanese HELL in this poverty row studio film from the very end of the war. No less a light than Harry Carey was enlisted in the movie. He plays a doctor. Also look for future Mousketeer Jimmie Dodd. The crime is that the little devil's were not all credited in the movie. So here they are: Chin Kuang Chow, George Chan, Didi Chang, Kenneth Chuck, Marlow Chuck, Marlowe Chuck, Bobby Chung, Walter Eng, James B. Leong, Jr., Charles Luck, Jr., Wesley Luck, Ben Quon, Howard Soo Hoo, Walter Soo Hoo, and Roland Tso. There!!! THE BAD SEED (1956) Nancy Kelly Patty McCormack. One of the most successful films of 1956, the movie is regarded as a camp classic today. This Italian 2-foglio captures both the maudlin and the mad in the movie. No other poster on this hybrid horror film is this good.

U.S. 24-sheet poster for Joseph L. Mankiewicz' film THE QUIET AMERICAN (1958) starring Audie Murphy and Sir Michael Redgrave. This was the first time the novel by British author Graham Greene was filmed, and it is a respectable version. Made during the run-up to the VietNam War in Saigon, Ho Chi Mihn City and at Cinecitta. We have not photographed the 24 sheet and I don't know the condition specifically. This is a scan from an online pressbook, and the quality of this scan is so-so. It's a reasonable bet that the 24 sheet is in color, but this pressbook was duotone. This film would certainly be one of the high points of Audie Murphy's career.

Available now. I will sell this to APF members for in the 750-1000 range, if condition permits. Would not be more, but might be less, in other words.
