I wonder:
- has the statue been moved since, more to the right?
- how did the people get on to the roundabout and where are they going (looks dangerous)

 

I think is just to perspective Steve, as far as I know it's always been there, though some of the pavements may have encroached slightly over time..

Here ya go, probably as good as it'll get, frame wise. The panning follows the truck and the next frame is a different shot. The grab is not from a disc, but a rip
